The casino asked me for all identity confirmation - ID, ID and Selfie, My banking / utility bill, picture of my physical card - which i dont have cause my card is digital (Normal for Revolut cards) after multiple withdrawals from them, they dont want you to win, if you are losing and funding their casino journey they never ask for any confirmation details or bill, but out of nowhere if i want to withdraw there is a lot of problems, sketchy casino, too high wagering bonus that you cant never complete, very bad service with communication with them also

Maximum win and cashout from bonuses
Those who claim a no-deposit bonus should be aware of the maximum cash payout on their winnings from the bonus. That limit is clearly written into the bonus terms. If a player's winnings go beyond this limit, the excess amount will be deducted when they withdraw.
The rule applies if the withdrawal amount including the wagered no-deposit bonus exceeds 500 EUR.
When bonus winnings can be voided
In case we determine the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of the current real and bonus balances, and may as well get blocked for the bonus abuse.
This casino is nothing but a scam! The administration is blatantly stealing money from players. I deposited a decent amount, won a bit, and when I tried to withdraw, they suddenly claimed I violated some vague "terms and conditions" and confiscated my entire balance. They keep coming up with excuses to avoid payouts, like "verification issues" or "fraudulent activity," even though I provided all the requested documents. Their customer service is a joke - rude and completely unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to throw your money away. Total scam operation!
